Yes, it is true......Adam is on the move! Watch out world the littlest Larson is ready. He has been really active lately rolling, crawling, sitting up, up on all 4's rocking back & fourth, army crawling etc. But last night (9/22).....he was up on all 4's and crawled a few times for real. With a huge smile on his face and then a little squeal he knew....that this was the beginning of the end for Ed and I. As you know our family is now complete and it seems that our baby is growing up.

Breaking News - Adam has a Tooth!
We knew that the day would come......Adam has cut his very first tooth! We had been teasing him..asking if he was waiting to see Grandma before he got his first tooth. Well, the answer was YES! On September 13, 2008, Grandma came down to watch the boys while Ed and I celebrated our 9th Wedding Anniversary and low and behold we get a message that Adam has a tooth! Does Grandma have the touch or what? Outside of drooling ALOT he handled it very well. He really is a kid that is happy just about all of the time. He especially loves all of the attention that he gets when he shows off his tiny white tooth. It is Official......we have our oldest Colby loosing teeth and our baby getting teeth! As for Nickolas he is using his teeth to eat!
Here are a few pictures of Adam eating his teething biscuit.

Officially A Soccer Mom
Colby had his first League Soccer Game. His team is the Spider Monkey's. They are all learning and I would say the team is a work in progress. Colby is on the same team as our neighbors and he is one of only a few 1st graders. The rest are 2nd graders. He has learned a lot since starting practice a few weeks ago. Today, he played Goalie and Defender. He had a great time playing. It was fun watching too. Ed spent the game very focused on his oldest son and stayed pretty quiet. He is a great soccer Dad and after the game he took us to lunch. The game was tied 2-2. We all put in a quarter for each goal. We are off to a good start. After the game the parents made a tunnel and the kids ran through it! It was a fun day. Tomorrow is Opening Day and Picture Day!
While I was unloading the Truck.........
As I mentioned in my last post yesterday was a very busy but, fun day! I stopped by the house to drop off a few things and clean out the truck really quick. I mean quick. I had been picking up my neighbors kids all week and one of their pink highlighters was left in the 3rd row......yes, I said pink highlighter......anyway, I saw Nick get out of his seat, no biggie. Adam is his normal happy self and the radio is on. My cell phone rang talked for a few minutes and just as I was about to hang up Nickolas says, "Adam is bleeding!" Adam is not crying but laughing as he usually does when Nick is around. I drop everything and check Adam. You won't believe what I found....I found this

Nickolas & Adam are laughing hysterically and I don't know if I should laugh, cry or go ballistic. I ended up laughing because I found my sweet 6 month old baby with PINK highlighter all over his face. Nickolas says, "Do you like his face paint?" After explaining to Nick that this was not acceptable and you can not draw on your brother etc.... I proceeded to clean up Adam with a Wet One and call it good.

This is probably just the beginning.....
Nickolas' First Day at School
Nickolas had his Orientation yesterday and we had a great time. Mrs. Breen is fabulous and Nick is so excited to be in her class. We got to visit with some old friends, meet some new and learn what class time will be all about. Ed and I joined Nickolas for this special day. Although, Ed and I had been through it 3 times before. Yes, this is our 4th year in a row at Clement and we love it. However, we both feel like we should be graduating or something.....Not to worry we'll be back in just 3 short years with AJ.
Nickolas enjoyed scoping out the classroom, coloring and visiting. He is also very excited to head out to the playground on Monday. We will be making his very own tote bag this weekend so he will be able to bring home all of his masterpieces. Can't Wait! He loves doing projects.
After we left the school....we headed to Jamba Juice for a caprize. (Not surprise but a caprize) He really enjoyed that and even ordered all by himself. We had a nice time just the 2 of us. Then it was off to pick up baby Adam (thanks Mai for watching him!).
Went home to unload some stuff that's another BLOG entry.....and we were off to a lunch date. Nick is quite the socialite these days. We met Tegan & MacKenzie for a special lunch. Lunch was fun and then we were off to pick up Colby and take a nap we were pooped!
